Reid was an obstructionist, partly to make up for a racist comment about Obama, and to screen out any legislation not approved by Obama.

'Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had the opportunity this afternoon to avert a government shutdown. Instead, he chose to kill the House’s bill to keep government open, a deliberate act to move towards a government shutdown.'

and in 2014..... good old HR

It changed the senate rules to rubber-stamp Obama appointees and won’t allow votes on things that will make the White House uncomfortable.

No calls for reid to resign by the media even after he admitted he lied about Mitt's tax returns to win an election for Obama. So let's mete out justice equally. If Reid was allowed to obstruct, McConnell has yet to reach the threshold of unethical behavior the democrats demonstrated.

"No calls for reid to resign by the media"

How may REAL budgets did reid pass? "A budget? We DON'T NEED a budget!"

Don't you remember Harry's Black eye and eye patch? That is when he was "taken out" and decided to step aside.

If you believe it was due to a nasty fall, I have some swamp land to sell you in Florida.

Here's a image of it in case you forgot. He had to wear dark glasses to cover it up
