Democrats are blocking him since day 1.......it doesn't matter if Trump did it in his 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year or 4th year....Democrats don't have a problem with the border and the millions of illegals here......that's why they built sanctuary cities and could care less about securing the border and deporting illegals.
Both Democrats and Republicans have been floating the issue of putting up a border wall for years but never acted on it. Trump was elected because he said he'd act on it.

That's right. Trump is flailing away out of desperation trying to divert attention from the looming disaster (for him) that is the Special Counsel's upcoming report. That's why he keeps going on and on about the phony so-called "national emergency". There's no more to it than that.
Perhaps the better question is why Democrats don't see it as an emergency-or have any concern for Americans impacted by illegals. We have thousands of Americans killed and tens of thousands more that are victims of violent crimes committed by illegals. We have minorities in particular that are losing job opportunities and the abilities to provide for their families to illegals. We have businesses hiring illegals at sub-par wages-which in turn pushes down wages for American workers. We have neighborhoods being devastated by large groups of illegals living in single-family homes, turning American neighborhoods into the crapholes they left. And finally, we spend $155 billion every single year on illegals. Money that should be in the pockets of American taxpayers-or going to help American citizens.
Just what does it take to get Democrats to give a damn about American citizens? It's obvious they hold us in contempt and put foreign criminals ahead of working Americans.
