It's not dishonesty he's calling out. It's disagreement. If they don't agree with him, then he labels their point of view "fake". But it's not fake. Facts are facts. "Alternative facts" as described by Ms Conway, is fake.

Given Trump’s chronic lying, he likely has been fact-checked more than anyone else in the world.
