Do you watch media you disagree with, or do you only want your own opinion validated? Do you like to keep an eye on the "opposition"?

There will be a poll (in case someone reads this before it's up).

I don't "disagree" with media, I see it for what it is and try to pick out the truth, lies, and bias. Its not about agree/disagree.

I watch Fox, or lusten to Rush L or others like him. I'd rather hear the truth, than the liars in MSM.

I like to see all sides of an issue. But I have to draw the line somewhere. I stopped watching MSNBC completely during the Kavanaugh confirmation. It was nothing but 24/7 Kavanaugh character assassination. Deplorable!

Conservative that watches CNN so I can see the hateful, fake news firsthand. Since they've been caught in so many lies red-handed I can be rather sure whatever they are saying is a lie, but its better to be informed about what the fake news narrative is trying to push anyhow.

I dont watch Fox (or really any TV). Occasionally will read BB. Used to watch CNN but they became a clown show when Trump was elected. Don't read NYT or the comPost. Probably check the markets on cnbc more than anything else. Check drudge a few times each day.

Did Fox News and Limbaugh tell you everybody else are liars? Newsflash! Fox and Limbaugh are just as guilty if not worse than their liberal counterparts.

I did not vote because I am not a liberal or conservative.

I definitely tune in to Fox once in while see how they are umm 'reporting' on the big stories.
Tuned in to Hannity briefly yesterday. He was doing his usual sensationalist nonsense about the so-called 'border crisis'.

I'm a liberal and don't watch TV. I don't read fiction either.

I read history and memoirs.

Of course, these things would be on such a poll since it seems limited to the minority that looks for confirmation of their bias.

A person doesn't get "another view" by watching Fox or reading Breitbart or even watching certain MSNBC shows. Rather they listen to streams of consciousness which confirm to them that they are correct in all matter.

I'd be very surprised to find large percentages of the Right who do not consume propaganda. They exist but certainly not the majority.
