Your scenario is ridiculous. If you aren't a doctor, I don't want you touching me in that scenario

You do have that right? what if you don't want me touching you and the nearest doctor is 100 miles away and cell phone reception is non-existent in the high mountains of the backwoods.
You have just slid down the side of a rocky ridge, broke your tib/fib in a scissor break. When does your right to healthcare start? I have a belt and you don't. Your leaking, going into shock and I ain't.
You going to beg me for your right?

Do you have a right for the bears to work on your leg? What if all there is around, is a tribal medicine man?

You eat too, don't act like they take all your money. Your income tax is probably less than 20% effective rate

It's not a right either. That's the point.

We the people had the same weapons as the government we overthrew. If you have a point make it.

Anyone has the right to health care for which they can pay. Same as anyone has a right to housing for which they can pay, a right to food for which they can pay, and a right to clothing for which they can pay.

I would consider it fair if every US 1040 filer paid the same amount in federal income tax that you do. The problem we currently have is that Peter is being robbed to pay Paul. That shouldn't be happening.

Television, electronic communication devices, the internet, etc., were not around in the 1700s. Does that mean First Amendment rights don't apply to them?
