The President just cannot be above the Constitution. The President is the law. He can choose not to enforce laws like Obama did Bush did, Clinton did, Bush 1 did, Reagan did, Carter did, Ford did, Nixon did, LBJ did, JFK did, Ike did, Truman did, FDR did, Hoover did, Coolidge did, Harding did, Wilson did...........

Problem is, Trump can choose what to enforce and what not to, just like Obama did repeatedly.

I kinda like how Obama never blocked any investigations into Obama.

YMMV

And I kinda like how political partisans in the DOJ and FBI never tried to pull off a coup against Obama. Apparently, so do you.

"The Presidential Records Act mandates that presidents retain all “documentary material,” which includes documents, papers, books, pamphlets, audiotapes and videos, so that they can be transmitted to the National Archives and accessible to the public."

Yawn. If that came from MSNBC or CNN, I'm sure it can be taken as definitive truth. As far as they are concerned, Trump is a Russian citizen. LOL

Hey, ignore all you want. I hear CNN has some pretty riveting anti-Trump news on.

Barr in his confirmation this morning, confirmed... Trump cannot be the focus of Mueller. That would be Sedition. People around Trump, yes, but not the sitting President.

The quote and link I gave is from/to the Presidential Records (44 U.S.C. Chapter 22) section on the US gov archives website. Stay ignorant, see if I care.

No, it's not a problem because President Obama didn't have a problem of repeated lawsuits and investigations of crime, corruption and malicious. President Obama is not suspected to be a Russian asset. He never had multiple people in his campaign and the legal team under indictment and perjury. He never had personal business dealings with Putin and Russian and then repeatedly lied about it. He never tried to intimidate witnesses or try to obstructed justice. Why can't Individual 1 supporters see the difference? There is a big difference.

I wasn't referring to the quote and the link in my reply, I was referring to this, what you wrote:

"HOWEVER, there WERE records of the conversations and the president suppressed them. THAT is illegal."

I'm was saying if you heard that reported^ from CNN/MSNBC, then it's highly suspect.
