It is a managed market and I'm not walking back anything. Just another made up statement of yours in a long line of made up statements. Pathetic that you have to continually make things up. Again the free market works better than a government managed market. That's just a fact that has been proven time and time again.

Healthcare has always been managed too much. From big Pharm which you childishly deflect from to the over bearing regulations, to the laws that prohibited insurance from always being allowed to cross state lines.

No it wasn't and that you think it was, is a reflection of your lack of knowledge.

Yes there are. To the point that hospitals have to show a need before they are allowed to build. That's how unfree of a market it was and still is.

Next time become informed on the topic before diving into the deep end and your factless, emotion based points wont be pointless.

So odd he would go to a country with socialized healthcare...

LOL And Mick Jagger came here for his. Obviously, not all Brits are thrilled with their UHC.

BTW, there are a number of American celebrities who've traveled to Europe for treatments not available here (regardless of their efficacy).

The point is that, whether government officials or not, the privileged and elite will always be able to avail themselves of the health care which they choose.

While everyone else gets Medicaid for All.
