That’s not up to us to enforce though.

It doesn’t matter if they aren’t eligible for asylum. Some are, and according to OUR law, all can apply. The others will be sent back. Remember that only a fraction will even make it to the border. So to start quaking in your boots over “illegals” is extremely premature. At the moment, nothing illegal is happening, and some of them will be allowed to enter legally.

Agree. And the more I hear liberals talk about how all illegals will get free health insurance in their city or state, the more they are encouraged to come here illegally, and the more determined I am to see that Democrats don't get the balance of power.

Illegals arriving from Mexico already successfully fled their original country. They're safe. Asylum no longer applies.

What about all the negative impact they are having on working class Americans - ruining their schools and harming their neighborhoods, packed in three families to a house? Why more concern for foreign people who violate our laws than the law-abiding Americans whose presence they are harming?

You should study up a bit on international, Mexican, and American asylum law. You are completely wrong.

Indeed, otherwise Trump AND Congress should stop all aid until they stop this nonsense.

The last caravan, the one where Trump said we were in danger of being invaded, ended with a few tear gas canisters and one Border Agent suffering minor bruising from a rock that was thrown.

I guess this one will be bigger and badder?

Things are going VERY BADLY for Donald Trump in Washington DC, so what better way to distract us than with some "caravan of thieves and murderers" that's hundreds if not thousands of miles away.

Is that a serious remark???

Until who stops what nonsense? You want the Central American governments to build a Berlin Wall and shoot anyone trying to get out of their countries? Mexico has laws regarding asylum, and they are very similar to ours. It's not our place to demand Mexico change their laws because we find the current ones inconvenient.

Election's over. You never heard a peep out of Fox about the last one the instant the election was over; I doubt they'll bother much with it now unless they want to whip their base of conservative cowards into a new frenzy about the shutdown.
