Given the standard as applied to Trump she would have to answer for a quid pro quo on a real estate deal and appointment of ambassador to Hungary. She doesn't pass the smell test for those in ethics who got a whiff of it.
Whataboutisms again. Let's deal with the current situation. That's what matters now. Individual 1 lies and except Democrats to negotiate his failure to be truthful to the American people. No way. Trump has scared most of the Republican men. Pelosi is good at her job. She is scaring Trump. Trump knows this shutdown is on him and the Republicans. Trump took the blame for this on the video clip before the shutdown and now he (as always) is blaming the Democrats for his stupidity. She says no to negotiations and won't work towards a compromise or any kind of deal. The gov. is in a partial shutdown but Nancy is in a total shutdown and won't do her job.

Trump was highly critical of Obama during the 2013 Shutdown and made clear shutdowns are the failure of a POTUS to lead.
Trump is on record that he owns this one, the now longest shutdown in US history. Unless the shutdown is ended today, Federal Workers will miss the second payday. This includes federal employees who clean Trump’s toilets.
Trump has said he will use an EO to declare a national emergency. The courts will decide what powers this gives Trump. Critical, is the use of Eminent Domain powers to seize private property without explicit authority.
Despite 2 years in office there is no plan for the wall. Trump has been all over the place with costs, $4-22 billion and everything in between. No private entity would invest $ billions in something as loose as is wall. Yet he expects Congress to do so.
