Trump is president so of course everything he does/says garners national press. OC is a former bartender and freshman congress creature who is garnering the same attention for her unworkable schemes.

Assuming these billionaires aren't breaking any laws I don't have a problem with it. I think it's immoral to tax people up to 70%. That doesn't seem fair to me.

It's funny that the wealthiest people on the planet disagree. The more taxes they pay the more money poor and middle class have the more money the make in the end . That's the real trickle down. The more money poor people have the more money rich people have it's that simple.

She's the gift that keeps on giving because she is mainstream socialist, and says exactly what socialists really think.

“When asked whether “a world that allows for billionaires” is “a moral outcome,” Ocasio-Cortez responded: “No it’s not. It’s not.”

“She then said that she does not believe all billionaires “like Bill Gates, for example, or Warren Buffett are immoral people."

“I’m not saying that, but I do think a system that allows billionaires to exist when there are parts of Alabama where people are still getting ringworm because they don’t have access to public health is wrong,” Ocasio-Cortez said.”

Probably because they view coming out as being in favor of it as being an insurance policy against mobs with pitchforks at their front doors as AOC is trying to drum up.

I think the issue is the system. It shouldn't result in multiple billionaires and cases like 28 people having the same amount of wealth as 3.8 billion people.

Design the system correctly, and this should never happen.

Can't be any worse than 45. 45 is letting the hedge fund swamp monsters get away with paying capital gains rates on their income.
