They have also had to rescind several stories due to the writer making it up. The editors are not paying attention.

Even if true, what does that have to do with trusting the media?

You advocating violence is not nuetralised because other advocate it.

The real issue here is trusting the media. BRW, no, that does not mean one should believe everything we read or hear.

No, you can't trust much of a thing they report these days. It's all based mostly on an end objective to get rid of Trump. It's comical now, really laughable.

Do not rely on the media for your interpretation of truth--you just can't unfortunately.

A smart person has to do research on his/her own and fact check, on almost every single report that is put out these days.

It's embarrassing and shameful, that objective journalism has now turned into what could be characterized as a mostly low class gossip rag.

Where are all the good, fair, objective and honest journalists?

It's nuts.

Was it the Death Threats against the kids, the call for Doxxing or the offer of Fellatio by a Saturday Night Writer that was the final straw?

SNL Writer offers Fellatio to anyone Punching Covington minor in the face |DC Chronicle

One thing is for sure ...... you can certainly count on the Leftist Media swim in the gutter and drag everyone with them. Disgusting people.

No intelligent person would trust MSM media that is nothing more than the mouth piece media for the DNC propaganda branch.

They don't learn anything from their mistakes, repeating them over and over. When they aren't lying they are continuing the constant smear campaign against conservatives and all things Trump. Primarily one sided opinion and seldom news. More fake news than actually news. Overall they are a disgrace to journalism, insult to intelligence, and a failure to accurately inform the public making them the enemy of truth and often the enemy of the people.
They are OK with all of that too. They are what the want to be.

Example currently : Nearly one sided coverage of those not getting a paycheck. Little mention of those who will never earn another paycheck.
Liberal Fox News is usually better but isn't balanced on the one sided paycheck vs. no paycheck either.

I verify any media stories, whether they originate from liberal or conservative sources. Verifying requires actually researching the story. I want it to come from multiple sources. I want to see hard data. I want to check the math. I want to see the poll questions. I understand that on-line polls are virtually worthless. I understand the difference between propaganda and actual news. I understand confirmation bias, and how most of us are willing to believe things that confirm our biases, so that has to be watched for. I don't think "fake news" should be the label for stories you don't like. Whether it is liked or not, facts are facts.

Good News--yes, Americans trust the media over Trump. And those that trust the media are growing, while, alas, those that trust Trump are not.

Epic thread fail.
