i disagree with her politically but, like obama and cruz, she is a US citizen and thus eligible to run for president. and while obama and cruz were born outside the country, they were both born to US citizens. harris may not have had US citizens for parents, but she was born in this country, making her a natural born US citizen.
thanks for link OP, sounds like these are likely kooks who became fascinated with this back in 2008 and don't want all those late nights of studying obscure immigration issues to go to waste. Hopefully no Dem rivals will jump on this bandwagon.
Harris to me is a non-starter for other reasons. She has issues in her past regarding prosecutorial conduct, and came off as a witch-hunter during the Kavanaugh hearings. Who knows, though, maybe deep-staters will push her for just those reasons. Right now I'm sticking with either Beto or Julian Castro as my front-runners.
John McCain had several lawyers from his campaign look into this in 2008. The lawyers concluded that it would have been difficult for Obama to go back in time to place his birth announcement in the Honolulu newspaper in 1961.

Actually not as clear cut as some think. No court has ever ruled on the language of the Constitution as to what "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President" actually means....
The Wong Kim Ark decision is pretty definitive. Where the water gets muddy is if the parents are not in the US legally.

it was actually a birther, not mccain's team, that originally found the contemporaneous newspaper birth announcements (2) on microfilm in the library.
She slept her way into office. She will be the first to drop. Being Willie Brown's who*re is not a qualification for office.
I would be OK with that if she brings some sensible policies and goals, especially if she never bragged about committing sexual assault.
