Interesting how youre all for forcing someone to have a child, but then having nothing to do with helping the forced person in the care of the child. Basically its A-OK to get them pregnant, but to actually support the child you forced the other person to have? Nope!
If you think that what you propose would be a good move politically, you have revealed how foolish and separated from reality you are. There's no successful politician of any stripe, above a localized level in a flyover state, who would dare support the cancellation of the provisions of Roe vs. Wade. It would be political suicide, just as much as trying to eliminate Social Security. And an important concept seems to have escaped you, that you and your tiny minority of would-be moral dictators are not the ones who get to decide what is right for everyone.
You're saying national republicans act in their own political interest? Nonsense. If they did, they would all be fierce conservatives in the Ted Cruz mold, and would control both houses of Congress for decades to come. Strong conservative leadership wins. Weak liberal-light Republicans get their asses beat. Ask President McCain.

It's not really my job to raise the child. It's the parents'. But I will say conservatives donate more of their time and money to charitable causes, pay more in taxes, and do most of the adopting. So what is it you leftwingers do for kids, other than demand that they be killed before birth? You give yourselves a pretty easy out, it sounds like to me. You don't have to lift a finger.
Ohio's governor Mike De Wine just signed a common sense abortion bill to ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is heard. He knows the bill will be immediately challenged by Planned Parenthood in court. The goal is for the case to be heard by the Supreme Court as a vehicle to overturn Roe v Wade. With Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett all new to the court, maybe we can rid America of this Neanderthal practice of abortion. Just like the evil Slavery ruling was reversed, all evil eventually falls.
Also related is the so-called Catholic governor of New York signing horrible new abortion law, which allows pretty much anybody to perform an abortion. Hopefully this hideous law, too, will land on the ash heap of history.
