A different take on things for sure.
Of course Jefferson was happy to keep his slaves busy all the time...

Just another inflammatory post with little truth that tries to sow hate and deflect the reality of the current state of politics.

Worse. Eagle Forum. Phyllis Schlafly and her disciples make Limbaugh sound almost reasonable.

Assuming that Democrats would ban trade unions, send uniformed brown shirts by the thousands into most every city to rough up opposition, kill thousands of those suspected of opposition parties with military weapons and para-militaries, build interstates and beef up the military-industrial complex to 10% of GDP....

You're exactly right.

Except they didn't. And they don't. Nice try.

The single biggest Hitler moment is much closer to Trumpsville - that is the manipulation of a distinct MINORITY (Hitler never had more than 35% of the votes) to get power and THEN Rule By Decree ("gimme a wall or else").....

Nice try, but history can be referred to. I've read over 15,000 pages on the rise of Hitler and right now am reading a book about the economics of it. The single largest part once he held power was 10% on the military buildup and sending Nazi "shop stewards" in after banning unions to make sure the arms factories were producing.

Rings closer to "you WILL show up to work and work for free" to me....(recent Trump decrees).

That wall, as amended in 2007, is for all intents and purposes built. It exists today in the form that it was ultimately approved to exist. That's what happened.

What does the Secure Fence Act of 2006 (2007) have to do with Trump or supporting any further barriers, exactly?

Oh boy, another attempt to distort history by the usual suspects. And right on time for Holocaust remembrance.

It would be cute if it weren't so sad.

Next up, the lame theory that the Jews wouldn't have been slaughtered if they had guns.

Followed by the deniers.
