They may be deferring to the federal prosecutors. Why bear the cost of a trial in your jurisdiction when it can be laid off to another one.

News is stating all criminal charges are being dropped and his record wiped clean.

He is supposed to be talking to reporters shortly.

I’m assuming they didn’t want to look racist by prosecuting a black guy. I’m not surprised by this at all

It was obvious it would be.

And Michael Avenatii will equally be exonerated.

In the United States, you still cant "try" someone at a microphone over the world stage before a trial.

Now in Trumpland it is going that way.
