Why didn't you answer my question?

Prove that this happens.

Otherwise, you're shoveling loads of manure.

Personally, I strongly disagree. What do you think?
What Northam "articulated" is not what is actually an option in the bill.
So are you asking if we support the asinine gibberish that came out of Northam's mouth or the actual bill?

The poll questions are not honest, and judging by the number of threads opened about the same thing, with the same misinformation, it is clear this is what Repubs have been instructed to spread.

Here is the "position" on abortion.

b) 2. The physician and two consulting physicians certify certifies and so enter enters in the hospital record of the woman, that in their the physician's medical opinion, based upon their the physician's best clinical judgment, the continuation of the pregnancy is likely to result in the death of the woman or substantially and irremediably impair the mental or physical health of the woman.

(c) 3. Measures for life support for the product of such abortion or miscarriage must shall be available and utilized if there is any clearly visible evidence of viability.

I don't know the specifics of the law, but after the baby is born it's no longer the woman's body and the baby has right to life.

Granted, if the baby is terminally ill and a medical professional has decided it's a lost cause, the mother can choose to end life support and hold the baby for a while.

Which is exactly what the law allows for. It allows to deny heroic measures in the case on a non viable infant. It has nothing to do with a healthy newborn.

Right!
Using Gosnell is not productive to the argument about abortion.
There are people ….hired killers....who will do your Uncle Charlie in for not having repaid a large loan to you.
Gosnell was not someone to us in any debate about abortion but more closely related to a "gun for hire"

There's no reason for such a law. That already is the law. The pro-abortion ghouls are trying to codify baby-killing, so long as the mother wants to do it.
