This type of fantastical thinking is just silly. No President has any substantial effect on the American economy. Sure, there may be short term market volatility due to some Presidential action, but overall - the Administration of the day has almost zero effect on our economic engine. Neither Obama or Trump can either take credit for its strength, or be blamed for poor performance. It is always a convenient fairy tale come election time of course. In other words, American business succeeds and fails entirely independently of what some President may or may not do in the White House.
What proof other than Fox News do you have ? When you job search in the real world and actually talk to people, you soon realize all this nonsense about the economy adding jobs and continuous job growth is all lies. If you actually spent time on the computer and websites such as linked in and indeed, you’d realize most companies have had the same job position open for almost 10 years and most of the job growth is just turnover and aside from fast food and retail there aren’t many of any middle class jobs being created.
