Congress denies Trump’s order to pull troops out of Afghanistan ($51 billion a year wasted) and deny Trump’s wishes to build a barrier on the southern border ($5 billion). The morons in congress care more about a foreign country than our own. How do you people pledge loyalty to either party? These politicians from both sides still have accepted that they were resoundingly rejected by the voters, they want to continue the failed policies of the past and hope things go back to how they were when they were in charge before Trump.

It's a Constitutional issue: Can a president go to Congress for money, be told "No", and then declare "On second thought, this is actually an emergency, so neener!" That's blatant abuse of the emergency powers.
It's hard to believe that so many of you Socialist Leftists actually act like the it's some kind of joke that these illegals are pouring in here and bringing drugs, crime, disease, and God knows what else. You think the solution is drones like that is really going to help. We are not delivering Amazon packages. I don't know if this border situation is a true emergency or not, but something has to be done and I'm all in on whatever it takes.
Good point. If it's such a "national emergency," why does Trump continue to "weigh his options," still deciding on whether or not he wants to go the declaration route.
