From the stupid posts following yours, I get the distinct impression that some of our posters don't realize that a 5-4 ruling is a clear indication that ALL justices of the Supreme Court are at work.
This is clearly above the comprehension level of many conservatives. I love when they put their stupidity on display so clearly and succinctly. They make themselves so easy to mock.
