Former economic conservative Jack Kemp? The former Buffalo, NY congressman who was a national figure due to his crusade for tax cuts and minority advancement in the GOP?

Had he won the presidency in 1988 if he had won the '88 GOP presidential nomination there would have been no Bush/Clinton/Obama/Trump.

Think of what America could have been in the past 30 years!

Go write an "alternative history" book. Otherwise, it serves no purpose to look back at what *might* have happened had something that didn't happen actually happened.
