If those things are even somewhat true, then NO, the appropriate action should not be the 'normal course of law making' and/or voting...the Constitution allows the public to remove a govt from power if it becomes necessary, even by force if it comes down to it...THAT would be the most appropriate way to deal this govt, if some of those things are accurate...and actually, at some point, it becomes a duty to take such action.
