I guess you were too blind to see that the East coast were baking under record warm temps. It hit 80+ here 3 days straight which was 25 degrees above normal. But keep showing the ignorance of the right. We laugh at deniers.
"Governments around the world must take "rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society" to avoid disastrous levels of global warming.""
"The planet will reach the crucial threshold of 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial levels by as early as 2030, precipitating the risk of extreme drought, wildfires, floods and food shortages for hundreds of millions of people."
"Global net emissions of carbon dioxide would need to fall by 45% from 2010 levels by 2030 and reach "net zero" around 2050 in order to keep the warming around 1.5 degrees C."
"The world's oceans are warming at an accelerated rate and are much warmer than scientists thought -- and things could get a lot worse if nothing is done to stop climate change."
"The warming is happening because of climate change created by such human activities as the burning of fossil fuels."
"Climate change will shrink US economy and kill thousands, government report warns."
"A new US government report delivers a dire warning about climate change and its devastating impacts, saying the economy could lose hundreds of billions of dollars -- or, in the worst-case scenario, more than 10% of its GDP -- by the end of the century."
Rightist Logic:
Damn, this summer is hot! Hottest ever!
[* Only Heat means Hotter]
So what really happens when the climate changes? Since the Earth doesn't face the sun square on, but at an angle, why do you think all winters are colder than all summers? Yup. it is cold here, but on the other half of the planet, it's scorching.
In a few months when the upper half of the planet is closer to the sun, we'll be scorching while the bottom half gets frozen.
It's the angle, silly. Half the planet is always warm while the other half is cold. The hotter one half gets, the colder the other half becomes. It's called circulation.
I understand the subject may be too complicated for some minds to understand, but it's just as weird to have Seattle see 110º in the summer as it is to see snow in the winter. It the climate isn't changing, then Seattle would never see either.
Weather is when the temperature is colder than normal and climate is when it is warmer than normal.

Seeing as the only solution the leftists can seem to come up with is for us to all adopt their pre-existing social and economic agenda, I'd say any tax payer who doesn't want to pay more in taxes benefits.

You should just stick to name calling... the seasons, weather, and climate ain't zero-sum games.
I remember one year it snowed there, not a major storm or anything, and people left their cars all over the place on the side of the roads, side of the freeways, side of the highways...those people cannot drive worth a hill of beans.

Yeah, they're something else. That didn't happen 35-40 years ago, must be all those imports that moved north.
