if this is true then we should just ban men from even participating in primaries. Since there is nothing to benefit from having them. As soon as someone like Elizabeth Warren, or Kamala Harris, or even Hillary enters office the country will be better. I also assume this goes true for a Republican woman vs a Democratic man.

Sorry - to whom do you imagine Don Lemon to be an "icon"? Not any liberals I know.

But sure, let's try banning men from politics altogether. Let's try it for, oh, a decade. I imagine at the end of the decade we'd have been national health and fewer wars.
