Wow, I wonder how productive they day is going to be with parents bringing crying babies to work?

So the additional wait time in dealing with the state gets longer while the babies get fed and their diapers get changed. Whose next in line ? I'll be back in twenty minuets. You won't mind waiting will you. Its for my kids and BTW the hell with yours they can afford to have you miss more work..

California can do whatever it wants for all I care.

This is just a bill. Silly bills get proposed all over the place all the time. It's the legislators' jobs to produce bills.
