I know - small point but big difference.
That's how the law works. It's not about right or wrong or justice. Its just about the law.

You may recall that during the Obama years there were some groups promoting Vigilantism at the border. And the Courts were very quick to rule that Border Security is a Federal matter .

The state of Arizona is a vigilante group?

It will be a different story when all those landowners bring their lawsuits to fight the feds’ pursuit of eminent domain for a border wall.

I predict Trump will become Sisyphus and "The Wall" will be the rock that is his punishment.

That is a good thing.
So this week you agree with the ruling. They didn't become a liberal court until Trump took office, every court that decides against him is legislating from the bench and if they agree then its based on solid law. LOL

This is only for replacing existing fencing but interesting that the court ruled they didn't need to comply with environmental laws, not clear what the specific challenge was since it already exists.

Then don't build any walls on those properties and the land owners can just deal with the illegal trespassers and criminals all by themselves who will just funnel right through their lands then. Bet they'd be crying for a wall in no time. Problem solved.

It was a 2-1 ruling. I can't find who the 3 judges are and who appointed them.
