What astounding news this is! Who would have ever thought that the Senate, with a republican majority, would not be able to find any collusion between Trump and the Russians? Thanks for providing us with a big laugh. And there is no such thing as a functionally "bi-partisan" committee in either house of congress, when one party has a majority.

Um, you do realize that the reason there is an investigation is because said intelligence officers actually do have details. Right?

This investigation was started on a false dossier paid for by Hillary and the democrats and corruptly put through the FISA court.
Your evidence is that Trump had plans for a Russian Hotel —- he has hotels or plans for in many many foreign countries — does that make him a multi-country colluder and conspirator?
