Nah, just full of self-righteous crap as usual. He's the one attempting a banana republic end-run around the Constitutional power of Congress to control spending. And IF something's really an emergency, he's sat on his butt long enough without acting to be credibly charged with failure to perform his duty as POTUS.
While we know this very sick and corrupt man doesn't stand a chance in 2020, and American citizens would be happy to see him face responsibility for his unscrupulousness, or just fade away like a bad memory - I am beginning to think maybe it is time to find the butterfly net.
