A sad story.
You can make your own decision regarding your terminally ill unborn baby, and she can make hers. Simple as that.

Yes, I'm sure that baby with a basically functionless, underdeveloped brain, whose year-long life was pockmarked by life threatening infections and illnesses was actually living in a happy sunshine world somewhere in there.

There are women who were grateful for the time they had, and others who wish their child had never been born into suffering and agony. It's not really anyone else's business how they feel about it.

Very sad. Every women should have the right to an abortion in those and similar circumstances.

Yes, a women in such a circumstance in NY would have been able to abort the child prior to the change in law.

This sounds correct and a legit point - but I know, many people won’t pay attention or purposely ignore it.

IMO, Abortion done due to diagnosed Pre-natal birth defects or abortion done because the child birth poses life threatening situation to the mother IS AN ALTOGETHER DIFFERENT STORY then the main debate.

This is not true and you've been told this by multiple people on at least one other thread. Abortions after 24 weeks in NY are allowed if the fetus is not viable or if the mother's health/life is in danger.

Very, very few women who make it that far in pregnancy even want an abortion, and they rarely happen late-term, unless there is such a medical exception at issue.

Stop spreading lies you've been told are lies.

I think you're a shill masquerading as a religious zealot.

Just my opinion but no one could possibly be this obtuse and expect to be taken seriously by anyone even moderately intelligent.

If you'd spent as much time reading the article as you did typing that bile, you wouldn't look as silly as you do now.

He/she is pretending to be a religious zealot and as such living a lie. May as well ask someone suffering paranoid delusions to stop being insane. It ain't within their capability to apply common sense.
