The emergency declaration is well warranted, should have been done 20 years ago...

It is way too easy to cherry pick which beliefs we think are antithetical to Liberty and the limits of government put in place by the respective Constitutions, while completely disregarding how our own beliefs are equally repugnant to Liberty and those limits placed upon government. No one gets to claim a "high ground" on this. No one.

With this "national emergency," you conservatives support your guy just bypassing Congress altogether and implementing his policies (which he couldn't get support through Congress) via royal decree.

That's basically called a dictatorship. Might as well disband Congress and just annoint Donald as King.

If you're for this stuff, then you're opposed to the spirit and concept of the Constitution.
Lol... if you support anything that Trump does... you’re a anti American, constitution hater. Yet all the Dems running for POTUS want to essentially do away with the constitution.

Note how the left didn't seem to be outraged when Obama bypassed congress by implementing DACA and DAPA by EO? Even the courts ruled that the latter was unconstitutional. It's yet to be determined by the courts if Trump calling an national emergency was unconstitutional yet the left has decided that it was. Hypocricy anyone?

So, you only support EOs by Obama? Got it.

BTW, what part of the constitution says the President cannot issue an EO?

Dems are defined by hypocrisy. It's who they are.

I get so tired of this bleeding heart crap. They are BREAKING THE LAW! Period. They do not belong here. They know that they are doing something against the laws of this country. As far as I am concerned, they should all be put in prison for life for even trying to cross our boarder and the bill should be sent to their home country to pay or come get them. If that country refuses to pay for their citizens that are caught here breaking the LAW, they would be cut off from any funding and sanctions leveled against the whole country.

This is crazy this is even a debate and it is really sad that people do not want to protect our country from people invading it illegally. We have a process for immigration, use it or suffer the price. Anyone, any age, for any reason that tries to enter this country without permission should be jailed in the worst possible conditions. Do that to enough of them and people will understand they can't just show up and get all the free stuff the Dems want to give them.
