What's my remedy?

I don't know. The restraining order doesn't seem to be working.

More like another crazy person acting a fool, and paying the price for it. It doesn't matter who he supports. What's important is that punishment for his misbehavior is swift and just.

And often women are told they should be careful how they dress in specific places at specific times because the people warning them are trying to protect them. When I lived near Dallas I remember the police chief being attacked by feminists for telling women to not walk alone or wear revealing clothing in a certain area at night. The chief was right, just like you'd be stupid to wear a Rolex on a midnight walk through an area known for muggings. But then they are called sexist for trying to help.

A lot of comments are made about the victim being Sikh, but was the attack racially motivated? I thought the attacker just attacked him so he wouldn't have to pay for coffee.

Watch some of the Youtube " shoplifters caught" videos. They have convenience store clerks who have to deal with two legged animals all the time.
