Yes, 100% on point. Apportionment needs to be addressed. It's largely why many of us take issue with the electoral college as well.

Failing the above, while I may generally look down upon CA I am OK with their continuing to have equal representation in the Senate as VT. The Constitution says they are our equal and I am willing to honor the Founding Fathers in their intent. LOL

Said another way, California's population doesn't impress me one iota. It doesn't make them special under the Constitution.
The population isn't supposed to "impress" you it's just to let you know that 12% of all Americans live in California meaning it makes sense for Californians to control 12% of the Congress. Not to mention California has 15% of the US economy I think it pulls way above it's weight. Currently the state controls 7% of Congress meaning not all Americans have equal representation.

Wyoming otoh has less than .2% of the US population, but controls over 1% of Congress meaning each resident there has 5x more voting power than the average American would. I understand it's a small state I'd be ok with 2x the voting power, but 5x. Californians are the opposite they have half as much power in Congress per person.

That is not the way the nation was set up.

If CA does not agree with that, they should secede and control 100% of their government and economy.

Liberalism run wild again.

The senate represents the states, not the people.

Leave it alone.

It’s estimated by 2040 that 70% of Americans will live in 15 states. That means that 30% of Americans will be represented by 70% of the Senate.

Any such changes won’t happen unless there is a democratic super majority because Republicans will disenfranchise voters and steal elections to remain in power, as they know the math is not on their side.

Notice a pattern of late? The left have gotten even more to the left, they now openly call themselves socialists, and they now call for radical changes to representation and election rules.

Amazing-

Liberals are fascists at heart who have no problem imposing their will on others.

Again, there is a reason that the nation was established this way. There is a reason there are two houses of Parliament, not one.

If libs don't like it, secede and form your own government. You can write your own Constitution and do whatever you want. I think most conservatives would applaud getting rid of leftist states, which are increasingly opposed to democracy, the republic, and the Constitution.

I would definitely NOT be in favor of that. The Constitution was established in the way it was for a good reason. Let's not mess with that.
They`ll have one vote just like everybody else. Why should a vote in Montana be worth more than my vote in Pennsylvania? States shouldn`t be electing presidents, people should.

It is the United STATES of America. The initial form of our government was the articles of CONFEDERATION, which grant states more power at the expense of a strong central government.

The United States formed as a rebellion against a ruler whom they could not select, yet were subject to his rules.

The form of government that you suggest puts all the priorities, power, and eventually expenditures in the hands of a few states. What would these states do? Bleed the rest of the nation dry by diverting assets to them and imposing their will on those individuals. That is why there are two houses of government and an electoral college to prevent such things from easily occurring. Libs love tyranny and imposing their will on others, so the system you describe would appeal to a tyrant.

If liberals really want such a government, just get together all the lib states and secede. Another option would be to lobby for a constitutional convention to change the constitution.
