Justice Department preparing for Mueller report as early as next week

Attorney General Bill Barr is preparing to announce as early as next week the completion of Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, with plans for Barr to submit to Congress soon after a summary of Mueller's confidential report, according to people familiar with the plans.

The preparations are the clearest indication yet that Mueller is nearly done with his almost two-year investigation.

So, will the report include evidence that President Trump conspired with the Russians to steal the 2016 presidential election from Hillary Clinton?

I do not believe that it will. And if it does not, then this whole exercise has been a misuse of power and a massive corruption and politically motivated weaponization of the DOJ/FBI against a duly elected President of the United States.
Whatever Mueller's report say about his findings, SDNY is probably going to be what sets the ball rolling.

That's the one I'm paying attention to...and if there is going to be an indictment issued against the president, it will come from there.

This is the same kind of verbal diahria that the TDS afflicted Democrat left has been spewing out for over two years now.

I wonder if Trump will manage to be in Hanoi when the report hits Congress?

Nice symmetry with the verbal diarrhea Trump's been spewing for over two years, eh?

That could be...

But if Mueller gets in a room full of democrats....and says he had evidence to convict Trump of anything.... and held on to it....he won't walk out of that room alive
Maxine will personally blow his house up......

If the following article is correct, the reality of Mueller's report release may be more complicated than just Mueller releasing "a report."

Questions to Ask before Reporting a BREAKING Mueller Report
Quote:
...

When Mueller is done, he has to submit a confidential report to the Attorney General (who is now Mueller’s friend William Barr) telling him what he did and didn’t do. Given everything Barr said as part of his confirmation process, we’re unlikely to see this report.

To assess whether this report is what Pete Williams thinks is coming, we should assess whether public evidence is consistent with Mueller being done.

The answer to that is clearly no. He’s still chasing testimony from Roger Stone flunkie Andrew Miller and from some foreign owned corporation (and has been chasing that, in the case of Miller, since last May).

...

We already KNOW that the Democrats won't accept the Mueller Report.
They plan to go forward with "new" Investigations because they are aware that the long awaited Mueller Investigation is not what they wanted to see.

The REAL question is ....... What will AG Barr do next?

Bill Barr’s Hot Mess |WSJ

For the first time in this presidency, the Justice Department will have a leader who is apart from the Russia stink—neither accused of “collusion” nor obsessed with finding it. He’s also uniquely suited to understand the importance of credibility and accountability, having worked in the 1970s at the Central Intelligence Agency, then under intense fire. The first measure of the “independence” Mr. Barr promised in his confirmation hearings will be his ability to assess ruthlessly the institution he’s about to join and come clean with the public on two key questions—the “whether” and the “how” of 2016.

Whether the Justice Department’s and FBI’s most controversial actions were appropriate. Is it acceptable for the FBI to use opposition research as an excuse to surveil a political campaign? To use back channels to stay in touch with sources it fired? To open counterintelligence investigations (as opposed to criminal ones) into political figures? To actively hide those investigations from congressional overseers? To hold meetings about removing presidents? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, Americans deserve to know that this is the brave new world they live in.

If not, how did it happen, and how can leaders make sure it never happens again? What protections are there against the clear bias that permeated law enforcement’s upper ranks (Peter Strzok), or insubordination (Jim Comey) or obsessive media cultivation (Mr. McCabe)? What are the lines of authority, and what are the consequences for breaking the rules? How is it (as we learned this week from newly revealed emails) that Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, was able to reach the FBI’s general counsel on the phone? How many Americans get that courtesy? The public will never trust a law-enforcement agency that has different standards for the powerful, or appears to prosecute only in one political direction, or operates as a law unto itself.

Does AG Barr restore confidence in our Justice System? OR Does he follow the protocols of always attempting to protect the DOJ/FBI/CIA and Presidential Administrations that go way beyond their Powers and illegally use those Powers?

Time will tell ..... but, it's certainly serious and the ONLY way to "fix" it is with a lot of Transparency.
IF the Trump Team broke laws ..... I want to know about it and let the chips fall where they may.
IF the Obama Team broke laws .... I want to know about it and let the chips fall where they may.
IF the Clinton Team broke laws .... I want to know about it and let the chips fall where they may.
IF the Democrats OR the Republicans broke Laws .... hang 'em high.

American Citizens deserve no less that knowing what has been going on in that Swamp.
They ONLY way to clean it out - is to expose it all .... AND let the chips fall where they may.
