Will have to rely on trickle down taxation.
Taxx the rich and then discover there isn;t enough cash to fulfill her promise for other free stuff and the middle class will then be taxed to the hilt....and when that isn't enough money, pitchforks and torches will be the best selling items on ebay.
See, this is the work of politically thinking black Americans demanding what is owed to them. No longer are we going to vote without expecting something in return. The work is not done yet. True reparations will be an investment worth trillions of dollars, over a period of years. Let the conversation continue!!!

These people are not only mental cases, they are DANGEROUS.
But it CANNOT be paid for by tax dollars of Americans that
1. Arrived in this country after the Civil War or
2. Live in the northern states

Half of my family arrived in this country in 1900. The other half lived in West Virginia, who broke off from Virginia because they hated slavery.
How exactly can I be held responsible for paying this?
Yeah there is no such thing as collective guilt or collective reparations and paying out of the general tax pot just creates many more victims.
Now if a descendent can make a valid and direct claim on property, I would support that. If your grandmothers wedding ring was stolen and recovered years later after her passing, should you or family not be entitled to its return?
In all likelyhood what these candidates are proposing is nothing more than a transfer of wealth in exchange for black votes.
FYI Northern states had slave owners too.
