That kind of thing is not uncommon in publishing. I have been a printer all my life and if there is enough money in it a publisher would print tone or both options in advance.

Sports paraphernalia manufacturers print an advance run of both teams before the big game. Commemorative books, T-shirts etc ... When the mark-up is high enough they can afford to.

You are going to have to do better than that daughter.

I'm not a big 50 cent fan but he feels the way most black folks feel about Individual 1. What does his sexuality have to do with anything? An evil divisive personal attack when you have nothing else. Shameful.
