Fake news...He bought a scale that only goes up to 243 pounds. He is probably 30 to 50 pounds over that. We are not fat shaming. At his advanced age, we are sincerely worried about his health and fitness.

But yeah -- we know he's not in shape....lots of us aren't.

As long as he doesn't try to tell me he's in good shape I'm fine with him being him physically what he is -- not for me to judge on that front. As long as he does not make a show of being so trim....etc.....

I think we trivialize the more important stuff when we focus on this stuff.

I remember the trolling about Hillary's cankles. Instead we got a big fat pig. So what?

You Trumpies are one sensitive lot.

The only reason Trump's obesity became an issue at all is because he keeps insisting and (he insists his doctor keep telling everyone) that he is in "magnificent health". He's not. Besides being obese he has enough calcium in his blood vessels that he has coronary artery disease.

The other point Trumpies don't seem to get is that all these comparisons between Trump and Michelle and Hillary are irrelevant because Trump is President. I think there is deep frustration among them because they can't figure out why the public isn't more interested in investigating Hillary or making fun of Michelle Obama's physique than they are at calling Trump out. The man at the top inevitably is the focus of attention. Trump's health is relevant because if something happens to him, we may end up with a new chief executive. If something happens to Michelle or Hillary or Barack the consequences for the country are minimal.

I never said they were. But it was one of yours that started this. Deflecting will get you nowhere.

Making fun of someone's appearance is stooping pretty low, and you know it.

But Trump gets these quack doctors to claim he's the second coming of Jack LaLanne. And everybody can see that he's a little hefty, hefty, hefty. So he sets himself up for some joking.
