No ones rights are being violated and 2 people entered into a consensual contract. The only thing that is somewhat shocking is a man who will be 78 in June and can still get it up.
Good for you Bob Kraft, good for you.
or...…..maybe its a hoax to make everyone Think he can get it up...………..
Right Wing Authoritarians used to say "do the crime, do the time"...no matter what.
They constantly repeated "well, if you don't like the laws, change them"....but always were for Law and Order...that is, get caught breaking the law and pay the price.
They seem to have changed...right about the same moment the puzzy grabbing tape came out.
Many of them don't mention, even in this thread, that the case is VERY BIG and involves human traffic big time. It's not your garden-variety "consensual" situation.
In a sense I'm glad the Right has given up on their single biggest foundation....that they are "more moral or ethical" and believe in our laws. Neither is relevant any longer.
Under any authoritarian situation, the definition of what is "right" is moved to what the Bosses do. The Bosses, in these cases, would be those on the Political spectrum they are...or would have big money (if it was Big Money liberal being caught, they'd probably feel differently).
To correct a few things that have been mentioned (I lived in Boston for about 25 years, so know this stuff whether I wanted to or not! lol!)
(this one was addressed) Robert Kraft is not connected to Kraft Foods
Robert Kraft does not own Gillette, the connection is just the naming rights to the stadium - Gillette is owned by Proctor & Gamble but was founded in the Boston area.
Interestingly, for anything thinking it was Robert Kraft who did those "I liked the razor so much I bought the company" commercials, that was actually Remington Razors, and it was Victor Kiam, who happened to have been a previous owner of the Patriots. Gillette got the naming rights after the prior company (CMGI) went under, like a lot of dot com companies at the time. But there could have also been an FU to Kiam in there by choosing another razor company, since there was some bad blood between him and Kraft (at least rumors of that)
Myra Kraft died in 2011. Bob Kraft has been in a relationship with an actress/model who is 39 years younger than him since 2012. She had a baby a year or so ago, but Kraft denies being the father.
Ah cut the guy some slack. I'm pretty sure his wife died of cancer a few years back.
I'm a Libertarian. My "geez" was because prostitution is a sin law like pot and gambling. Victimless crimes have no business being crimes.
Kraft is a billionaire and his high priced lawyers will get the charges dropped, unlike poor and middle-class folks who end up in jail for hurting nobody but themselves.
If he was using an escort service I have to think he was set up.
Prostitution should be legalized and regulated just as it is in Nevada.
