Everyone registers or no one does. Sounds fair in this new age.

There is no draft so you can't sue for something that does not affect you.

All assuming that our priority is winning such a war, of course. If such an assumption is still permitted.
Israel has long had women in their military. Of course we do their fighting for them for the most part. That's what should be ruled unconstitutional.

And yet, there's no draft.

Registration for Selective Service was suspended for a couple or three years after 1973 for men born 1957-1959 then reinstated around 1980.

You are incorrect in one aspect.
You can sue anyone anytime for almost any reason.
Lawyers will take your money.
And I did not sue anyone, but someone in TX did to get the decision I guess.

Here is a link I should have posted hours ago.

The article titles are misleading. There are no drafts. Sorry, I should have said "you can't successfully sue for something that does not affect you".

People sued over the fact that males have to register and are punished if not.

I was one that didn't have to register but I still had to send in a card verify all my personal info, which is essentially registration. If they want you they will find you.

What most part?? There is no military personnel in Israel to protect them. There is no US military personnel on any of it's borders currently. There is no US military personnel flying their airplanes for them. Yet the US had no problem placing US personnel in Lebanon in the early 1980's. Yet the US had no problem placing US personnel in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and in Saudi Arabia. The US is protecting Europe as the EU has no EU military to step up at a moments notice as the US can. Is there any other fleet of ships that roam the entire planet, other than those of the US? And you think all of that is for Israel?
