I blew the photo up to a larger size...it doesn't look like hamburger on her plate. The person sitting next to her is eating one, clearly.
So why is she having a fit about it? She's not eating it. And it's not "stalkerish", it's called "you're now a public servant, and people are going to photograph you", just like they do a variety of other house critters. If she can't hack it, maybe she should step down.
