Any person with dual Israel-American citizenship advocating for Israel should be forced to register as a "foreign agent" or receive the same treatment Maria Butina got.
If they don't need to, then what happened to Maria Butina is a miscarriage of justice.
1. Butina was not an American citizen.
2. Very very small minority of people even hold Israeli citizenship throughout the world. Since Israel's independence, only 750,000 people emigrated out of the country. Vast majority of Jews are not Israeli citizens to begin with, and they have been born and living in the US since forever. The first Jews arrived to the Americas in the 1600s to set up trading outposts for the new colonies. There was also a big wave in the 19th and early 20th century when they came together with the Italians, Poles, etc.
3. Should other groups, such as Mexican-Americans advocating for better ties with Mexico, register as foreign agents as well?
Ok, but it doesn't matter to the point I was making. Make sure everyone advocating for Israel has to register as a foreign agent or be charged under FARA.

Should all Hispanics who are against the Wall be charged as foreign agents as well?

Why would they? Advocating for no wall is not necessarily advocating for a foreign power. They just might think a wall is immoral, or wasteful etc. Advocating for Israel is advocating for a foreign power.
Your example would be if Mexicans in the USA were advocating for Mexico and lobbying for Mexico. I never saw a Mexican-American do that. I see Jewish-Americans do that all the time for Israel.

There are plenty of lobby groups in the US, some are more prominent than others obviously. There are some lobby groups openly lobbying for regime change for example.
Here is one for the Cubans: https://www.canf.org/
Back in the 70s-80s, Irish Americans were funding the IRA... a terrorist org.
Majority of people advocating for better ties with Israel are not even American Jews. People have their own reasons, but some people think its simply a moral thing to do, or do it for religious reasons, etc.
Why isn't Omar launching her crusade against Mexican-Americans who hold dual citizenship with Mexico? There are more of them than American Jews with dual citizenship, and Lord knows we send Mexico plenty of aid while she dumps her poor uneducated masses on us. Why the animosity toward native-born American Jews, and not the Mexicans who come to our country and get dual citizenship?
She is calling Jews who support Israel....traitors.
In doing so, she is demonizing Jews in general, because - as you point out - all Jews are now suspect until and unless they declare their opposition to Israel. This is yet another example of the link between anti-Semitism and anti-Israelism. (Is that a word?) In her case, I believe her comments emanate from anti-Semitism, but let's give her the benefit of the doubt and say they do not. Without a doubt, however, her harsh condemnation of Jews who support Israel (along with the comments that they have the money to control things) IS furthering anti-Semitism among Americans.
We are at the highest point of anti-Semitism since WWII. Omar is jumping in the bandwagon and advancing it. Would Democrats be so accepting of a white man making such horrible comments about black people? I think not.
The Dems have developed a special system for labeling individuals and groups:
Did you oppose Obama ? Racist.
Do you think a baker shouldn't be forced to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding ? Homophobic.
Feel a little uncomfortable sharing a bathroom or locker room with a transgender person ? Transphobic.
Support the wall or stricter deportation of illegal aliens ? Xenophobic.
Not sure abortion without restrictions in the 3rd trimester is a good idea ? Misogynistic and Sexist [even if you're a woman].
Question whether Islam is a religion of peace or that it's wise to limit Muslim immigration ? Islamophobic.
Claim that Jews and their $$$ control American foreign policy, supporters of Israel are being bribed for their support, and are Israel-Firsters ? Speaking Truth to Power.
