The U. S. Inspector General charged the agency that oversees such matters, with violating the Constitution, to favor Trump. A sitting president should not be able to profit by using federal property. Although this story made the headlines today, it's not news to most of us. It was clear from the beginning, that using the building described in this story for his hotel enterprise, was not permitted under the emoluments clause of the Constitution. Although he first leased this old post office building in 2013, he should have relinquished the agreement, when he took office.

But all this time, Trump has demonstrated that he regards all branches of federal government to be there for the purpose of serving him and that he has full and unfettered control of them.

Everyone with 2 brain cells knew this to be true. Trump ignores laws, and doesnt care about the constitution. Heck want a good example?
Quote:
“I like taking the guns early, like in this crazy man’s case that just took place in Florida ... to go to court would have taken a long time,” Trump said at a meeting with lawmakers on school safety and gun violence.
“Take the guns first, go through due process second,” Trump said.

Break the constitution, and the law, who cares about them right?

You missed something. Hahahahahaha

That decision was made by the Obama Administration.

It's in the actual report which I guess that hack at NPR decided not to really read.

I predict the thread will die now.

Don’t worry, Trump’s strategy is to trump a smaller crime with an even bigger one... to throw off the scent? Stable genius at work.

Even before this corrupt presidency, Trump had a long history of skirting regulations.

How can Trump be held responsible for something that Obama did? They were the ones that said the lease was OK.
