And BTW, go read all my posts, here, I never capitalize any names, from either side....
Again, what the heck are you on about?

You continue to say no one cares about Russia's interference when that is clearly not the case on either side of the aisle.

Why such drama over investigating Russian interference in our political processes? They've been at it for decades & we've been investigating for decades.

Why should we stop because Donald Trump was elected POTUS?

Because his businesses have been subsidized by Russian oligarchs for decades is simply not a good enough reason.

Why should an FBI director need to make a public announcement on an investigation to clear anyone. Trump wasn't the focus it was Russian efforts to help his campaign. Did Clinton or Reagan ask anyone to state they weren't being investigated or even contact the FBI director or SP? Thi sis not normal behavior, its absurd for a president to even raise the issue.

Mueller either indicts or recommends impeachment so we can have a trial and the accused have a defense, He didn't do either. There is NOT a 3rd option.

What Mueller said in his remarks is like saying: "I didn't find any evidence that you rob the bank, so I won't indict BUT I didn't find any evidence that you didn't rob the bank"........see how contradicting that remark is?

If Mueller didn't indict and didn't recommend impeachment then what are we still looking for? a game of words and what does it mean?
We are speaking to Barr's interpretation of the Mueller report and he used the words relative to exoneration. It appears that Mueller left the impeachment issue up to congress, if he did come to a conclusion then where does that go.

please people.

Barr is not a speed reader ay?

That 4 pages was written before the report was handed over. It was a summary of his own job application.

And Congress knows it.
And Barr knows Congress knows it.

Justice is a comin.

if there are leaks to the press and fake news about Trump being investigated for collusion with Russia and the FBI Director personally tells Trump he is NOT personally being investigated and refuses the President's request to tell that to the public and he is the one leaking classified information to the press with McCabe then that's a problem for the President and he should have fired them both and had every right in the constitution to do so.

is not absurd....maybe to you cause you are a Trump hater.

Now you are making $hiat up again. Mueller doesn't report to Congress or punts the ball to them. He is the Special Prosecutor and he has the last call who gets indicted and who doesn't . On the obstruction charge he punted the ball to his bosses AG Barr and Deputy AG Rosenstein, the 2 people he reports to.

Congress didn't appoint Mueller and give him prosecutorial powers to investigate and indict. It was the DOJ by the acting AG Rosenstein. That's why Mueller doesn't have to report to Congress or give his report to them.

keep smoking that joint.....It was Barr and Rosenstein and DOJ lawyers who took 2 days to go over the report for the summary......not all People take 1 month to read a 300 page report. If they had your reading skills the memo wouldn't come out until 2024.

Congress knows it???? LMAO!!!! yeah, I'm sure Barr and Rosenstein are shaking in their boots.

The entire Trump Republican Party of Un American Activities needs this Mueller report to go away.
They don't like those facts so they pretend it didn't happen.

How do you know the leaks were from Comey or his team, the WH had plenty of leaks for everything under the sun.

Mueller was not tasked to hand down an indictment or impeachment of the president.

Mueller was not tasked to hand down an indictment or impeachment of the president.

Comey shared classified information with Daniel Richman, a law professor at Columbia University who then leaked it to the press on Comey's orders. Comey has acknowledged that he asked Richman to share the contents of a Feb. 14, 2017, memo with the New York Times and other Of the seven memos, four now bear classification markings: two are marked "confidential" the lowest classification level and two are marked "secret." A Washington Post analysis noted the classification appears to have been made by a top official in the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division.

Trump had plenty of reasons to fired Comey and the Constitution backs him.

Again, you are way off. Read the memo from Deputy AG when he named Mueller as Special Prosecutor to investigate the Russian collusion in the 2016 election and the Trump Campaign. Nowhere in the memo, it gives orders to Mueller to stay away from Trump.

https://www.documentcloud.org/docume...r-special.html

Read the C section: If the Special Prosecutor believes it necessary and appropiate, the Special Counsel to prosecute Federal Crimes arising from the investigation of these matters.

Nowhere in the memo, it says he has to report to Congress or get Congress permission to indict the President for federal crimes and recommend impeachment. Nowhere in the memo, it tells Mueller he has to report to Congress or punt the ball to them so they can decide of his findings.

The power Mueller had to investigate and prosecute came from the DOJ, not Congress.

Try again.
