That’s quite the theory, I don’t think anyone would thinkTrump is capable of that much thought. He is impulsive and rarely worries about any impact from his actions.
If I had to bet money I'd say somebody in his staff advised him not to tweet for the reason I outlined.

People let's face the TRUTH here! Collusion (with Trump's Campaign and/or Donald Trump himself) and Conspiracies is how Donald Trump was selected President by Russia, Putin and the KGB. Barack Obama knew what Putin was during and he asked Putin to STOP! Obama had evidence Putin was interfering in the 2016 Presidential election, but did nothing to STOP Putin!
Mueller has evidence that Roger Stone was in contact with WikiLeaks and Guccifer regarding upcoming releases of the stolen DNC e-mails. This was stated in Stone's indictment. If Stone was assisting WikiLeaks on the when and how to publish them, that's "collusion." Does Mueller have proof Trump knew about it? Probably not.
I'm guessing the report will say the Trump campaign did in fact collude with WikiLeaks but will say there's no evidence that Individual One was directly involved or knew about it.
Sounds like another Ronnie Raygun Iran-Contra Affair.
Question: Did Russian interfere in the election in an attempt to sway the election to Trump? Yes or no.
Question: Did Trump repeatedly swear during the election that he had no deals going on with Russia, while in fact he was negotiating with Russia to build a Trump tower in Moscow? Yes or no.
The answer to those questions is a resounding YES. Those are the facts. And anyone who doesn't think those facts don't bear a closer examination is putting a con-man over American democracy.

it is no surprise that the Collusion Truthers would move on to other fake investigations.
This is funnier if you replace Trump supporter with Democrat Collusion Truther and have the Truther checking out 17 Other Investigations and Mueller Report as his girlfriend.
Me thinks Trump supporters are prematurely jumping the gun in their glee. No indictments does not mean a clean bill of health for Trump.
