High School endorses gay agenda but silences Christians (homosexuals, laws, million)

In the UK Muslim students and parents are protesting schools promoting homosexuality agendas. If Muslim students and parents did the same here would the faculty and news media paint them as homophobic as they do their Christian students and parents?
I would expect them to. By the way what is this gay agenda I keep hearing about? Is it to be treated with the same respect as Heterosexuals? Is it to be protected from being bullied because of it?
If a Christian or Muslim or any other religious groups is not ok with gay people that’s their right but to harass, bully or try to force that person to conform to their ideas is NOT right.
Actually I work at a public school in a very liberal area and we have a Bible Club. They are allowed to post bible verses as long as they aren’t attacking others the same as as the LGBT club can post as long as they aren’t attacking Christians or any other group.
So Im guessing OT verses that encourage christians to go out and slaughter other people without mercy are out of the question then?

I would assume it has something to do with rainbow colored, sugary breakfast cereals?
That said, I have no clue what being Christian has to do with not being LGBTQ. I am in the Chicago area and many churches here say they welcome LGBTQ congregants. In one of my prior (smaller) towns, there were two LGBTQ oriented Christian churches- one Lutheran and the other nondenominational.
