Women are largely unfit for politics because they are cavers and people pleasers, that's their gender role - to compromise and resolve differences without bloodshed or argument. Well that's fine in a family, and desirable, but it doesn't work for a nation. Compromise means we always lose, and we should never abandon our principles or lose a little every time so that by the end we're completely lost and way away from our original position....just give up all at once if that's what you'll tolerate.
Women are not designed for combat and contention. Let the men do it. Women desire equality but the reality is that they are not equal to men. They are not the same. Political equality is an artificial construction that denies the physical reality of differences between the sexes.
IF women want equal political power they as a group should take on equal physical responsibility, and since they haven't done that (can't), they shouldn't have exactly equal political power. They should have power proportional to their ability to wield the power, to defend the institutions, to do the work necessary to sustain them. Power should never exceed ability.
To you, we might as well be living before 1920 before women were allowed to vote.
Where is the celebration taking place? I haven't seen it.

It, no doubt, quite clearly indicates that conservatives are insecure over their own philosophy as being good, right and valid. Conservatives fear that the more AOC talks about the need for changes in government policies, the more fearful they are that other people will find that she makes sense much of the time.
Calling her mediocre would be a compliment. And every time she expresses her views, she degrades the value of the institution that awarded her a degree. By the time she gets done serving her term, an economics degree from BU will be worth the equivalent of a cracker jack prize. I feel sorry for the folks who worked hard and paid real money to earn their degree from this institution.
Then they are probably not that healthy. They may look healthy, but a reasonably fit person should be able to do 5 pushups without feeling the need to celebrate.

Having to acknowledge the existence of someone like AOC while subscribing to a worldview of women as "cavers and people pleasers" - that's the textbook definition of cognitive dissonance. No wonder all y'all are so angry.
Do you know who has to do harsh physical labor nowadays? People who can’t do much with their brains.

Did you serve in the military or law enforcement? Did you do any dangerous physical work?
I don't have a problem with people retiring. What I have a problem with is people that don't carry the same responsibility as others having the same amount of control over that responsibility.
BTW voting isn't a responsibility. Its self-serving at best.
You are carrying out a responsibility to yourself to impose your beliefs on others, for the most part. So you don't get to brag about voting. That doesn't count.
Is that a requirement for men or just women?
The majority of men in this country have not served in the military or law enforcement, nor have they done any dangerous physical work.......where do they fit in?

Liberals aren't the ones who think manual workers don't even deserve a living wage.
When women have the same rates of on-the-job fatalities as men do, then they should get an equal voice in the oversight of pay and that sort of thing. In the meantime they don't want to take on the same risks as men but they want to reap the same rewards.
When men take an equal part in the high-risk activity known as pregnancy and childbirth, then... Oh, that doesn't work for your sort, does it?
