McCain was a neocon warmonger. He and his ilk brought misery to untold millions. He and his ilk cost the lives of American soldiers in futile and endless wars and continue to this moment.

Thirty years of war in Middle East, thirty years of money being thrown away, thirty years of being told what great things the Armed Forces are doing in futile war, thirty years of wasting the nation's time on war.

Bolton is fair game.....Am I going after you for talking about Bolton's foreign policy?....the difference is Bolton is just an advisor. He doesn't have a vote in the Senate. He is not a Chairman of the Armed Service Committee......see the difference? but if you want to talk about his foreign policy, go ahead....he is not Saint Bolton.
And the most pro-war "advisor" in American history. And he has Trump's ear. That doesn't concern you"? He also ducked serving in Vietnam by joining the National Guard. Typical chickenhawk.

This should be beneath the office the president, to attack the war dead regardless of how you feel about the person. Have some class and dignity about the issue, as the family continue to heal. The man is dead, he needs to let it go, and then he goes on like this in front of foreign head of state, no shame.

If Trump had stayed a private citizen, said he respected McCain's military service, and then absolutely hammered McCain re his behavior as a politician, that would be one thing....he would be pretty much like anyone else criticizing McCain's behavior as a politician. But Trump didn't do those first two things.
this is very well-said.

I didn't like it one bit during the primaries when he said "well, I like people that don't get captured"....while not serving.

He did and does a lot of things unbecoming of the POTUS.

It shouldn't be him that talks about McCain's flaws and problems. But whoever does will suddenly feel the wrath of McCain's suddenly-found fan group. McCain was vilified by Dems and the media alike, until he became a Never Trump guy and then voted No on repeal.

That's not how I remember it. Long before Trump became president McCain was regarded as something of a "maverick" by many Democrats for his willingness to "work across the aisle". He seemed to be well liked and respected by many on the left even if they attacked his conservative politics. I don't remember him being "vilified by the Dems and media alike". Certainly nowhere near to the degree that he is, even now after he has died, being vilified by Trump and his supporters.

This is the biggest political scandal in US history.

The dominos are going to start falling on these people in the next two years. Trump's going to declassify all the shady stuff the FBI did.

If seems like a Democrat could not be a fan of Trump but also have a problem with the FBI and a rival candidate trying to frame him as a Russia stooge which is so absurd and have a problem with the FBI spying on a political campaign.
Definition of coup d'état (Merrian-Webster)
: a sudden decisive exercise of force in politics
especially : the violent overthrow or alteration of an existing government by a small group

Has our government been overthrown? With violence?
All that happened was someone said "hey, based on this information we should investigate". That's all. No coup. If Trump did nothing wrong then he should have no objection, right? If the investigation ends today with no additional charges, then it will have been a success, having resulted in the conviction of several people for illegal activities. And Trump should be happy that Mueller assisted him in draining the swamp of people like Manafort.

the most pro-war advisor in American history?.......LOL. You don't know much about history and advisors.

If you are giving McCain a pass for his record in the Senate as a warmonger then why are you so concern about Bolton. Both are neo-cons with Mccain war more of a warmonger.

if the Vietnam war was lost, why go there and die? I call that smart. McCain, on the other hand, wanted to stay there forever even when the war was lost., not so smart and that was his foreign policy in the Senate since the '80s but Bolton is the dangerous one? lol

If you don't want the FBI involved in elections, don't nominate someone who's being investigated by the FBI.
