Honesdale Sexual Harassment Case Resource Central

" A Pennsylvania female high school student has filed a complaint with the United States Department of Education Office of Civil Rights over a violation of her privacy rights after encountering a boy in the girls’ locker room and subsequently being told by the school that if she does not want to change with a male, she can wait outside until he leaves."

I wish her luck but it's further proof the idiocy and the "only concerned with the freaks mentality" of LGBT/trannies and their lib/media supporters. And whether she really felt threatened and violated, who cares??.....play the game and use the same tactics they use to abuse the system against them.

lets hope she wins the lawsuit, and it becomes the law of the land and we can dispense with the transgender nonsense once and for all.

The boy is mentally ill. Shouldn’t be in school with normal people.

From the complaint (bottom of Page 5)

Quote:
The juxtaposition between the school opening these girls' facilities to a male student and the school policy with regards to dress is striking. Students are not permitted to wear “undershirts, muscle shirts, mesh shirts or see through clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or garments designed for sports wear (sweat pants, joggers, etc.).” Female students cannot wear skin tight clothing, yoga pants, spandex, tights, form-fitting blouses or short tops that expose a bare midriff, short dresses or skirts, shorts, or even capri pants. Male students, too, may not wear form-fitting clothing or shorts. Presumably, this is because the school does not want students to wear revealing clothing which would be too provocative or revealing for students of the opposite sex. Yet, the school does not find it objectionable to permit a female attracted male student to view girls while they are undressed or for the girls to see the male student's genitals outlined in that student's underwear.
Emphasis mine. So the school's dress code prevents kids from dressing provocatively in the lunchroom, but in the locker room (containing both sexes at the same time,) it's OK.

People have to keep fighting back against the social agendas. Be just as loud as the ones constantly crying this type of "ist" that type of "ism." Stuff is going to get really, really weird out there if you don't. Stop just taking it and stand up for what you believe in. The social agenda PC police authoritarians would love nothing more than for you to be submissive and silent......

In the liberal world this girl is at fault here and not even remotely conscious or empathetic of the needs this boy has.

Welcome to the future your daughters will have to deal with in liberal utopia land!
