You do know that the food you eat and materials you use comes from the rural parts of the country don't you?

Is that a distinction that cuts both ways? My children don't attend the schools in your district and would never need the services of your fire department. If you get hit by a flood, what do I care. I'm not affected. SO I don't like the idea of paying for YOUR stuff that *I* will never use.

I vote "NO". It's already paid for with "tolls" in the form of gas taxes.

Not a true toll. We need to have private companies come and overhaul everything. Get rid of the gas tax and big government.

They grow most of what they eat. Online ordering for the rest. Or I bring it back for them on one of my runs.

Semi trucks are already paying the most, diesel has a higher fuel tax than gasoline, and the avg semi only gets 5-6 mpg, so they buy more fuel as well

I hope you notice by now that almost everyone disagrees with you. And I've already stated that it's federal law that currently "free" interstates cannot be tolled since they were built with public money

Kinda, it should be like the New Jersey Turnpike, inner lanes tolled, smoother surface, higher speed limits, outer lanes free, ****tier surface quality because of the trucks and lower more enforced speed limits.
