Thank you for saying this. It's nice to see some sanity from the opposition.

I'm seriously thinking America is losing it's collective mind. Touching noses is assault now? What's next? Shaking hands? Because seriously that seems to be on the cards. I'm not even joking.

I watched the lady that was kissed on the top of the head being interviewed on MSNBC this morning. She flat out said that her accusation was politically motivated. She admitted it straight out.

I'm totally for the metoo movement but think people have lost all sense of perspective in their partisanship.

the first accuser even said she would still vote for Biden!

Quote:
Lucy Flores, the woman who has accused former Vice President Joe Biden of making her uncomfortable by gripping her shoulders and kissing her head several years ago at a political event, says she would still support Biden in a general election match-up against President Trump.

Asked if she would support the former vice president if he wins the Democratic nomination, Flores, a Democrat who served in the Nevada State Assembly and supported Sen. Bernie Sanders for the nomination in 2016, told CBSN anchor Tanya Rivero, "That's not even a question. Of course I would support Biden."

But at the same time, Flores personally believes Biden's actions are disqualifying, coupled with his previous "anti-abortion" stances, she says. Flores endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders in 2016.

Bill Clinton had sex with an intern in the Oval Office while he was president that was a whole different ball of wax and unacceptable.
There is sexual harassment and there is sexual assault. One does not exclude the other nor are they the same thing.

Ask yourself. Would you be ok with walking up to a stranger in the store and hugging her from behind? Would you put your face in her hair and breath in deeply to smell her? Would you walk up to a woman you either dont know or barely know and massage her shoulders? Would be ok with a strange man doing that to your wife, mother or daughter?

If you answered no, to any example, then you absolutely must agree that Biden's behavior is wrong.

Why bring up an elected rep's past. Pattern of behavior, history, trend. If we dont tolerate these behaviors in the private sector we damned sure shouldn't tolerate or excuse them from our elected reps or federal employees.

Is this really the best we can do as a country? That's an incredibly depressing thought if so.
Sadly, I do feel what is really happening is that we have very rich and powerful people who put the people they want to play little political games, when in reality they are just keeping us divided while they pass bills that erode more of our freedoms everyday. When we have the media owned by only 6 companies, it's plain as day that our freedom choice and voting is nothing more than illusion. The politicians put in office are nothing more than puppets, and it's why nothing the American people want done will happen.

Uh oh ... a second accuser .. Say it Ain’t So Creepy Uncle Joe

—-
A second woman has come forward to accuse former Vice President Joe Biden of inappropriate touching, further complicating the prospective presidential candidate's political future and intensifying what has become a social media reckoning on his previous public behavior with women.

It is unfair to judge Joe Biden's past actions through today's MeToo lens.

His hands on approach to people is no longer considered acceptable, he has acknowledged that, apologized and said he stands corrected and I believe him.

We have all known people, male and female, who are/were handsy like Biden and it never crossed anyone's mind to accuse them of being sexual predators.

Even his so-called victims admit there was nothing sexual involved, yet the right is screaming sexual predator. Give me a break.

Would it make any difference if this behavior was directed at children?

The guy is in his 70's.... I would say they have been tolerated for a long time.

Where are all the women and their "We are equal!" nonsense? How about handling your business right then & there.

As a woman myself, here, I'll help: "Mr. Biden, I understand you probably mean no ill intent but I'd prefer you not smell my hair."

I'm so empowered! Look at me!
