Possibly. But there's also a large libertarian tinge to many millennial communities, such as millennials in the tech industry.

I think what you're really seeing is a complete breakdown in the trust of our current government (R or D) by young people. And that's not surprising when things like 9/11, wars in the middle East, a great recession, and levels of wealth inequality we haven't seen since the 19th century are such a large part of your life experience. It's no wonder young people would look at the government and say... Why should I trust you when this is what you have given me?

For what it is worth, this is thinking is very common with millennials, too. I know because I am one.

So how are you going to continue to feed the earth's growing population without meat? Do you want people to go and graze on some fine Nebraska grass?

And carbon is a building block of life. Plants need CO2 to grow and flourish. And yet, leftists want to severely curtail the amount that is in the atmosphere. They never discuss the benefits to the earth of higher levels of CO2 in the atmosphere. Why is that do you think?

I believe people conceal their desire to depopulate the earth in terms of arguments such as the poster presented above.
Yes carbon is critical to our planet, is that supposed to be a revelation. The problem is increased levels of CO2 and other fossil fuel products that are warming our planet. Where did she claim they wanted to ban meat, that was the CPAC conference rabid dogs claiming they wanted to ban hamburgers, this is what passes as intelligent conversation. Climate change due to our actions is real but you want to have a serious discussion, better to make up stories about people grazing on grass,

No, it wasn't.

See the difference in how a responsible and forward-thinking nation deals with one mass slaughter versus how we do here in this country with slaughter after slaughter after slaughter?

The Millennials won't stand for this doing nothing while the slaughter continues. Your days are numbered.

Just as with Prohibition a century ago, "heavy-duty" gun control is like the projected "answers" to the global warming hysteria -- unenforceable due to the rebellious nature of human beings -- and Americans (the end product of a nation founded by outcasts and nonconformists in particular, and isolated from class-conscious Europe by thousands of miles of open sea).

There are those who claim that increasing polarization will bring an end to the American experiment -- almost certainly from a Czecho-Slovak style "friendly divorce'' rather than from fantasies of Civil War; if so, this is the single issue most likely to lead to it.

Well if we are going for dumbest, we must include Steve King, Louis Gohmert, Higgins--that plaid vest guy who could not understand how evidence works, Devin Nunes and his Cow. Nunes is not just dumb, but extremely naive.

And then there are the GOP indicted congressmen. Real smart.

That is exactly what is happening. It is the next step in the transition to full-blown socialism.

Trump is a Clinton plant designed to condition Republicans into accepting socialism (gun control, import taxes, huge budgets, increased government control of healthcare) and AOC is the candidate the left and right will end up getting behind.

There have been much higher levels of CO2 in the atmosphere and the planet flourished. It supported many billions of hectares of crops and arable land and it's why you're here today.

AOC is amateur hour comedy. She's a non-serious puppet with a Marxist hand so far up her backside, he can tickle her socialist tonsils. I laugh at her every time she opens her donkey maw and some colossally dumb ideas fall out.

LOL...

Wait...you are serious?

The core problem is that there aren't two types of political beliefs. It is an enormous gradient, and there are a nearly infinite amount of belief combinations across all topics.

The fact that Trump won the Republican party is more a reflection that there is really another cohort of people that don't really align with most of the Republican party. But since we're forced to deal with a two-party system, you get these scenarios (see previously, tea party insurgence).

AOC is not a candidate that will do as well as you're thinking in the long run. She does well for a local politician, and she's certainly ruffled a lot of feathers - but I don't see her running a successful presidential campaign.

Climate change is a big deal and you might want to argue that point with either NASA or those who are being impacted. We should be discussing reasonable solutions but here we are in 2019 ignoring all the extensive data and claiming its not happening.
