Wanna save the planet?

Stop eating factory farm meat. Eat grass-fed beef/dairy and pastured poultry/pork.

Stop eating corn and wheat.

Cut out processed sugars.

Don't eat GMO.

Go keto and/or paleo.

Completely disregard the government food pyramid.

When and where did I try to control hat you consume? I said we consume more than we need.

Ask any doctor.

Ask any nutritionist.

Ask anybody who knows what the human body needs to be efficient and healthy.

I learned it in cardiac rehab at age 52. Up until that time we ate beef 5 time a week.

Yes, at that time I got plenty of exercise being a mom, waling dogs and chasing toddlers 5 days a week.

Boy am I glad I harvest my own game and eat a lot of local or home grown veggies. I wouldn’t want that article to make me feel more guilty for being a white guy.

I eat one big full meal at night and snack on munchies, ice cream and fruit during the day.
On the weekends, I may eat a good breakfast.

I have only gained 5 pounds since HS.
